Nick is a Senior Paralegal for the firm’s Public Policy and Legislative Affairs practice and brings nearly five years of experience in antitrust and consumer protection work to his role.
Prior to joining CGFL, Nick worked at the American Economic Liberties Project, a leading anti-monopoly think tank. He also worked at Fairmark Partners, an impact-driven firm that specializes in antitrust, appellate, and civil rights law. In these roles, Nick worked cross-functionally with counsel and advocates on legal, research, and advocacy projects.
Nick formerly served as Special Assistant and Paralegal to Chair Lina Khan at the FTC, where he provided far-ranging support including legal and policy research, statement writing, and interfacing with stakeholders and Congress. During his nearly four-year tenure, Nick was directly involved in key lawsuits, rulemakings, and projects related to competition and consumer protection issues spanning numerous industries.
Nick graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Environmental Policy and hails from Los Angeles. Outside of work, Nick spends his time playing volleyball, cooking, and studying for the LSAT.
