Jonathan W. Cuneo Children's Rights Litigation Fund
Jonathan W. Cuneo dedicated his career to advancing the rights of those aggrieved by powerful institutions. From 2007 to 2015, Jon served on the board of Juvenile Law Center, the first public interest law firm for children in the United States, founded in 1975 to fight for rights, dignity, equity, and opportunity for youth in the child welfare and justice systems.
In his memory, the Jonathan W. Cuneo Children's Rights Litigation Fund has been established to support the litigation and policy efforts of Juvenile Law Center. Created with the support of his wife Mara, his law firm partners, and fellow board members, the fund carries forward Jon's belief that litigation and policy advocacy can drive systematic reform and transformation of the child welfare and justice systems in the United States.
