Julia Swearer
About
Julia is a Paralegal in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Originally from New Jersey, she graduated magna cum laude from William & Mary, earning a double major in Economics and International Relations.
During her time at William and Mary, Julia was actively involved in various research, internship, and leadership roles. Her experience included serving as a Research Assistant with AidData and the Systematic Text Analysis for International Relations (STAIR) Lab, a Teaching Assistant for William & Mary's Summer Institute program in D.C., and an Associate Editor for The Monitor: Journal of International Studies. Prior to joining the firm, she also interned with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Julia's academic background has shaped her interest in antitrust and international trade law. She hopes to attend law school and to continue building on these interests through further legal study.
