CGL Special Counsel Matthew Wiener appeared as a panelist at Yale Law School’s discussion “Federal Courts in Crisis,” held on February 28th, 2011. The panel focused on the problem of more than 100 vacancies within the federal judiciary system and discussed causes and potential solutions to the crisis. The panel discussion, presented by Yale’s chapter of the American Constitution Society, included two other distinguished panelists: Professor Linda Greenhouse – Senior Research Scholar in Law and Knight Distinguished Journalist-in-Residence at YLS; and David Brodsky – Partner at Latham & Watkins and Board member of ACS.
