Vienna Chan
About
Vienna Chan joined Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca's Washington D.C. office in 2024 as a law clerk and returned following her graduation. Over the course of her time with the firm, she has worked on antitrust litigation, contributing to matters that shape the future of competition law and consumer protection. Her work is dedicated to antitrust litigation and related matters, with an emphasis on advancing consumer interests and fostering competitive markets.
Vienna earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, she gained diverse legal experience in criminal and immigration law. She served as Articles Editor of the American University Business Law Review. Her scholarship included a Comment analyzing U.S. and European antitrust law in the context of fashion trends. She also competed internationally in mediation competitions with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. Additionally, she served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Vienna is proudly from Atlanta, Georgia.
