DaJonna Richardson is the inaugural Jonathan W. Cuneo COSAL/Justice Catalyst Fellow at Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca LLP in Washington, D.C., where she focuses on antitrust litigation and related matters with an emphasis on protecting consumers and promoting fair competition for small businesses.
As the first recipient of this fellowship—established in 2023 in memory of Jonathan W. Cuneo, a nationally respected antitrust and class action attorney—DaJonna was selected through a competitive national process. Her work supports the mission of expanding pathways into plaintiff-side antitrust enforcement and increasing accountability within the legal system.
At the firm, DaJonna has contributed to a wide range of complex legal matters. Her experience includes:
- Assisting in drafting a Motion in Limine in an antitrust trial involving the pork industry
- Providing research and drafting support for a Rule 12(b)(6) Motion in a tires antitrust case
- Drafting an Amended Complaint in a sugar antitrust matter
- Assisting in drafting an indirect purchaser complaint in a frozen potatoes litigation
- Drafting a Motion to Dismiss state law claims based on government immunity
- Conducting research on artificial intelligence and tort liability
- Analyzing state consumer protection statutes alongside federal law
DaJonna earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as Student Bar Association President, a co-founding member of the Privacy Law Society, and an editorial consultant for the Colorado Law Review. Her coursework focused on antitrust, technology law, data privacy, and international law.
