About
Cody McCracken joined Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca following his graduation from William & Mary Law School. While at William & Mary, Mr. McCracken founded the school’s Agricultural Law Society, assisted veterans in pursuing VA disability claims as a member of the William & Mary Lewis B. Puller Veteran’s Clinic, and published a student note in the William & Mary Business Law Review analyzing the effects of market concentration in agricultural sectors, a piece which won the Best Student Note Award.
Mr. McCracken specializes in antitrust and civil litigation, with a focus on plaintiff-side antitrust class actions. His work primarily involves cases concerning food products and agricultural markets, where he leverages his deep personal connection to the industry, having grown up in a family of farmers and ranchers.
He is actively involved in several high-profile antitrust cases, including:
