About
Chris Fisher, Executive Director and non-lawyer partner at CGL, has been with the firm for over two decades and has played a central role in its strategic growth and day-to-day operations.
Working closely for more than 20 years with the late Jon Cuneo, the firm’s founding member, and current chairman Charles LaDuca, Mr. Fisher gained invaluable insight into the complexities of managing a high-performing litigation practice. He now oversees the firm’s operations across all offices, including IT systems, real estate portfolios, vendor management, internal infrastructure, and firmwide logistics.
Mr. Fisher is known throughout the firm as a trusted and decisive problem-solver. Whether navigating operational issues, addressing personnel challenges, or managing time-sensitive logistics, he is relied upon to step in and resolve matters efficiently—ensuring the firm continues to operate at the highest standard.
He also leads all recruiting and hiring efforts for both attorney and non-attorney positions, helping to build and maintain a team of top-tier legal professionals and support staff. Additionally, Mr. Fisher is responsible for coordinating high-level meetings, co-counsel collaborations, and multi-site conferences that support CGL’s complex litigation work nationwide.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia (2008) and has completed Cornell University’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate program through eCornell, with advanced training in development, investment strategy, and asset management.
Mr. Fisher is deeply committed to community service. He has organized and fundraised for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association, and has supported initiatives with the Boys Club of America.
