Certainteed Defective Roofing Shingle Lawsuit

CGL is proud to announce a settlement, valued by Class Counsel at over $700 million dollars, in its CertainTeed Defective Roofing Shingle lawsuit. Court Appointed Co-Lead Counsel, Charles LaDuca, said this Settlement resolves a lawsuit over whether or not Organic Roofing Shingles manufactured by the Defendant, CertainTeed Corporation, from July 1, 1987 through 2005 are defective and failed to perform as promised when installed on buildings located in the United States and Canada.
