SANDRA W. CUNEO has over twenty years' experience counseling for-profit and not-for profit entities on a range of complex litigation and regulatory matters. She has also successfully represented the interests of associations, corporations, and not-for-profits before state and federal legislatures, agencies, and executive branches of government.

Before affiliating with the firm, Ms. Cuneo held a number of positions in the private and public sector. Most recently, she served as senior attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Northeast Regional Office. Before that, she served as Washington counsel to the Governor of New York and directed the New York State Office of Federal Affairs. Early in her legal career, she practiced law at Latham and Watkins.

Ms. Cuneo also has extensive experience providing legal services to nonprofit organizations. Among her activities, she directed the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial and served as Director of Claimant Services for Trial Lawyers Care, which provided pro bono services to victims of the 9/11 attacks who filed claims before the special Victim Compensation Fund.
