MATTHEW E. MILLER focuses his practice primarily on representing plaintiffs in consumer protection, antitrust and securities cases. He has fourteen years' experience litigating against large corporations in major securities and consumer class actions, in as well as in smaller securities actions involving small and mid-cap companies.

His practice has consisted primarily of the representation of investors in both class action and non-class action securities fraud litigation, and in shareholder derivative litigation. He has also represented securities industry professionals in commercial litigation arising from securities transactions.

Mr. Miller has recently worked as a sole practitioner in the Washington, D.C. area, and previously with a major class action firm in Boston. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Edith Brown Clement, U.S. District Judge, Eastern District of Louisiana (1991-1993).
