Our Lawyers
Ms. Kelly's practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in antitrust, consumer protection, and securities class action litigation. Prior to joining Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, LLP, Ms. Kelly worked at a Washington, D.C. law firm providing antitrust counseling to businesses, making regulatory antitrust and general corporate filings, and investigating white collar crime and government contracting fraud allegations. Through her pro bono work, she also has experience with enforcing trademark and intellectual property rights.
During law school, Ms. Kelly worked as a Student Attorney, arguing fraud cases before both the Maryland District Court and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kelly served as a Legislative Assistant for Senator Robert C. Byrd.
