This complaint alleges that AOL wrongfully continued to automatically deduct its subscribers' monthly fees after the subscribers had canceled their AOL accounts. The case is pending in Oklahoma. The court in September 2003 certified a national class of AOL customers. The plaintiffs have now negotiated a settlement with AOL, which has received preliminary approval from the court.
