Join A Class Action

The role of a class representative is to fairly protect the interests of the other members of the class. A class representative participates more actively in the conduct of the case than other members of the plaintiff class: providing testimony, monitoring case developments, etc. Class representatives are responsible for directing the case along with the attorneys and for making sure that any settlement of the case is fair for all class members.
