LaDuca is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He graduated from the George Washington University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and received his law degree from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. LaDuca has been working with the firm since 1995. He spends most of his time working on class actions and complex litigation involving consumer protection issues, civil rights, product liability issues, litigation matters and other civil cases.
